NOVA team at Urban & Rural Development Business Forum Expo 2020 Dubai

november 7, 2021

EXPO is a unique opportunity to see the entire world community in one place, share ideas, and get feedback. Therefore, we are here, and we are pleased to present our project NOVA Realty, which is already at the prototype stage and has received multiple approvals from the public. We became participants in the Urban & Rural Development Business Forum, where topical issues of the development of the real estate market were discussed. The event was sponsored by Siemens and curated by Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Estonia.

Within the framework of the event, the problems of urban infrastructure development and the urgent need for its accelerated digitalization were discussed. Digitalization is now playing a key role in the formation and sustainable development of the economy. It is worth remembering the environmental issue - digitalization can reduce the carbon footprint and speed up the decision-making process. For example, in order to sign documents on the conclusion of a transaction, it is not necessary to fly to the other end of the world - this requires a unified standard of electronic document management.
Data is now at the forefront of the work - and from a variety of sources and different standards. This inconsistency of one type of information with another complicates their use. Speakers called this period "Orchestration age". Because an impressive amount of effort and time is spent on processing and standardizing them to make them “sound” in unison. But the introduction of a single data model for the entire world market would speed up its effective interaction.
Here we can add that NOVA Realty as a unified digital platform for real estate management should be the solution to such problems.
During the Urban & Rural Development Business Forum BDO NOVA Victor Polovyan, CAO of NOVA UAE Tatianna Garanina and CIO Nikita Bessonov discussed the development prospects of DISTRICT 2020 with Helmut von Struve (CEO, Siemens Middle East) and Afzal Shabaz Mohammed (Vice President, IoT Technology and Innovation Team, Siemens).
We were also very pleased to talk with representatives of the UAE business: with Khalid Sharaf, the administrator of the Emaar business club and the representative of the Chamber of Commerce Mohamed Yehia Mahgoub. They showed interest in our project and confirmed the thesis that NOVA Realty will open up great opportunities for all participants in the global real estate market.
It was a bright week. See you again at EXPO!
