NOVA Strengthens Its Presence in Dubai

As part of the scheduled development stage in the UAE and the opening of an office in Dubai, NOVA has intensified its operations in the Middle East region.
The registration process of its subsidiary, Nova Software OÜ, has been launched in Dubai Internet City (DIC). DIC is an information technology park established by the Dubai government as a free economic zone and strategic base for global IT companies. It includes representative offices of such IT giants as Microsoft, Oracle, HP, IBM, Dell, Siemens, Canon, Cisco, etc.
There have been a number of meetings held between representatives of the NOVA company and employees of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) where cooperation issues were discussed. DLD is under the auspices of the Dubai Executive Council chaired by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council. DLD is responsible for the development of the real estate sector in Dubai, organizing and promoting real estate investments with an annual volume of about $70 billion per year. DLD aims to make Dubai the world’s number one in real estate development in terms of innovation, trust, and happiness. In accordance with this ambitious vision, DLD seeks and introduces real estate innovation from all around the world.
The R&D department of NOVA has launched the process of analyzing the digital architecture of the Smart Dubai electronic ecosystem for the further integration of the NOVA Realty service with Digital Twin Dubai. Digital Twin is a digital copy of the physical city that helps optimize the efficiency of various processes, including business.
The company has also started searching for personnel and top management officers for working in the Dubai office.
